Ten hand-built coordinate plots. Every named mob’s /loc
read off the wiki, transformed into page space and drawn by hand, with a numbered legend
beside it. They were the first thing this project made, and the pages were called
plates because that is what they were.

Why they were retired, and why they are still here.geometry.py learned to read the game’s own mesh archives, and the floor
plans that came out are better in every direction that matters: the walls are the
game’s walls rather than an outline drawn around some dots, the storeys separate, the
named filter by storey, and every coordinate is checked against walkable floor at build time.
Six impossible Najena positions were caught that way and withheld. The hand
plots could not have caught them, because they had nothing to check against.
These are kept because they are the record of how the survey was done before it could
be done properly — and because anyone who wants to judge whether we improved or merely
changed should be able to put the two side by side. They are stored exactly as they last
shipped. Nothing here has been re-rendered or tidied.
Every marker is a surveyed /loc from the wiki's NPC table. Grid squares are 200 game units. You enter at the gold circle on the left and work rightward and downward — lower X is deeper, lower Y is further south into the prison and Rathyl's wing. Faint hollow dots are ordinary population spawn points, plotted to show where the zone is actually dense.

The guard captain stands with Officer Grush and A Visiting Priestess, in the southern wing rather than the entry level. The wiki's text places all three together, and Grush and the Priestess are recorded at −385, 230 and −493, 170 — well south, past BoneCracker. Community maps of the zone put the captain in that same wing. Look for him and the Shiny Metal Key there. His own NPC record lists 52, 187, worth a glance in passing.
Named-spawn stations plotted to scale from surveyed /loc data. Grid squares are 200 game units. The zone runs almost entirely along one axis — enter at the bottom and climb north, with the Ishva pocket branching east.
Named-spawn stations plotted to scale from surveyed /loc data. Grid squares are 200 game units. The castle interior is too dense to plot individually, so it has its own callout.
A narrow vertical dungeon descending south across three levels. Plotted to scale from surveyed /loc data; grid squares are 200 game units. Depth reads top to bottom.
A ring with a deep hole in the middle, stacked three floors down. This is a top-down coordinate plot, so floors overlap in plan view — markers are shaded by floor. Grid squares are 200 game units.
Grid squares are 400 game units. Filled markers are Live side, hollow rings are Dead side. The two interleave in coordinate space — that is not a plotting artefact, it is why the zone is famously confusing.
Grid squares are 200 game units. The whole zone sits in negative Y — you enter at the top and descend south-west toward the dragon. Faint dots are ordinary population spawns.
Every marker below is a surveyed /loc from the wiki's structured tables — nothing is inferred. Grid squares are 200 game units. Gold squares are camps; accent dots are true named positions, with numbered labels on leader lines where the plot is too dense to letter in place.

The Undead Tower looks crowded because it is vertical. Ten of the twenty plotted positions fall inside a box roughly 170 game units square in the north-west. That is not a plotting artefact — the tower is a stack of tightly packed rooms, so its named separate on Z, which a plan view cannot show. Read that cluster as one column, not one floor. The same is true in miniature at the bottom centre, where High Scale Kirn, the mimic, Kejar and Schnozz sit within about 40 units of each other.
Most named here are not on the plate at all, and that is deliberate. The elemental line — Bejeweled elemental, Rocksoul, Stonegrinder Minion, Gibartik, Muck covered elemental, Stonesoul the Unmoving, The Stone Caller — can spawn at the location of any elemental mob, and more than one copy of the same named can be up at once. The undead line behaves the same way off the revenant and wanderer pools. A named undead cannot take an elemental point or the reverse, but within its own pool it is everywhere. Plotting those would be inventing coordinates, so they live in the roster instead.
Plotted from surveyed /loc data in the wiki's NPC table. Grid squares are 200 game units. The gold circle is the zone line and succor point; accent dots are true named positions, with numbered labels on leader lines. The zone runs east to west, entrance on the right.
Plotted from surveyed /loc data in the wiki's NPC table. Grid squares are 100 game units — this is a compact zone, so the scale is finer than the other plates. The gold circle is the zone line and succor point. A hollow ring around a dot marks a named the wiki records on Level 2, the castle's upper floor.
